Xero - How to do Manual Exports

To do manual extracts for the previous day, click on Start:

Then go to This PC:

From there, double-click on the (C:) Drive

This will bring up all the files on the PC. Find the folder called Program Files or Program Files (x86) – if Program Files (x86) exists, that is more than likely the correct one to go into.

Once that is open, go into the folder called Alphapos, then Aura.

There will be individual files called Daily Extracts Sales and Daily Extracts Purchases. Once these files have been found, double-click on them and wait for the black screen to go off the screen. If there are two separate files for Sales and Purchases you will need to run them one at a time. If you want to do the monthly extract you find the file called Monthly Extracts.bat and run that.
