Follow the below steps on how to log in and start a new till shift:
The cashier can use their password from Invoicing.Important note: the password as set in the Aura Portal, or Backoffice if using a mixed legacy/nextgen setup.

Once you have typed your password, you can press enter on the keyboard or click/press the green tick to log in.
Now that you are logged in you will need to click the Sale tab and then will be asked if you want to Start Shift if POS Shift. Tap New POS Shift to open a new shift for sales. If you select No Dismiss you will not be able to process any sales.

Note that you may be prevented from starting a shift if there are outstanding cashups that need to be attended to. Post these cashups first before starting a shift.
