Unassigning or Re-assigning menu items to Printers.
Once an item has been assigned via the Kitchen Printer Wizard, it will be cleared from the list of unassigned menu items in the Item Pritner Wizard. As a result, if it has been assigned to the wrong printer, it will need to be re-assigned under the Menu Items screen.
In Backoffice, go to Lists > Menu > Items. Click the Other tab:

The Printers panel at the bottom of the tab indicates if the selected item is assigned to the printer.
By Right-Clicking the printer, you will be presented with a list of options:

Assign to all items will assign this printer to ALL menu items
Assign to a category will allow you to bulk-assign a menu category to a printer
Clear all items will unassign the printer to all items
Clear all items in a category will allow you to bulk-unassign a menu category from a printer
