CounterPOS has the ability to process transactions via a number of different integrated payment systems, including Zapper.
To process a Zapper payment, once the items have been rung up and the customer is ready to pay, tap the Other Pmt button.
This will present a list of additional payment options available to you.
Tap the Zapper option.
CounterPOS will immediately begin to process the payment, and will generate a QR code on the screen. If you are using a mobile device or tablet, you can present the code on the screen to the customer to scan. If scanned now, the order will complete immediately.
If unable to scan the screen, click Print to print out an invoice with the QR code printed at the foot of the slip.
Opting to print will convert the order to a Lounge order type, which will ask for an optional reference word or number. You can input one, or just click Submit.
The slip will print out and the screen will switch to a new order screen.
Click Summary to view the outstanding order.
The order will be indicated as a Lounge order with a status of Incomplete Payment.
Once the customer has completed the payment process on their phone, the order will automatically update to Paid.
It's important to note that once the order has been given to the customer, it will then need to be marked as Fulfilled.
Click the order selection box.
Then click Fulfill sales.
