Self-Service Terminal & Mobile POS Sales Reports

In the current version of Aura Point of Sale, for you to be able to view the sales made on the SST (Self-service terminal) or the Mobile POS, you will need to follow the below steps.


Step 1: Find the Till ID for each SST and/or Mobile POS device.

Self Service Terminal (SST):

You will need to look for the Computer Name of the Terminal. this can be found on the SST by scanning the below QR code to access the settings, or by pressing *** on an attached keyboard:

 

Once you have scanned the QR Code the below options will appear on the SST, from here select General.

 

Take note of the Kiosk Label. That is the Computer Name you will need to look for in Backoffice.

In Backoffice, click on Preferences and select System Settings. In the System Settings panel that opens, select Select Till on the right-hand side. 

 

This will bring up a list of all tills in the store, the first column is the Till ID, and the 3rd column is the Computer Name.

 

Scroll to find the Terminal’s Computer Name that you noted in step 1 (prefixed with “REMOTE:”):


Mobile POS:

For Mobile POS you will need to look for the Device ID on the Mobile POS device.

This can be found by going into the Settings on Aura Mobile POS application and selecting Device.

 

 

Once you have noted the Device ID (Computer Name) of the Mobile POS device you can scroll through the list of tills in Backoffice to find the Till ID associated with the Computer Name of the Mobile POS device.

 


Step 2: Run the report and find the correct information.

 

The SST & Mobile POS Sales can be found in the same reports but you will need to look for the pages with the correct Till IDs.

The following two reports can be used to look at the sales:

Sales by Hour by Till ID by Date

This report will only give you a breakdown of the sales totals per hour.

Item Sales by Till ID by Date

Below is an example for the SST (Till ID 44)

This report will give you a complete list of each menu item sold per category.
