How do I edit my Royalty percentages?
To check the Royalty Percentages that are set for your Royalty report calculations in Backoffice, click Preferences> System Settings:
Click on All Computers> Head Office Settings:
Once here, you need to enter the figures for Advertising and Royalty. Once done you will need to click on Apply and then Close:
Note that these figures can be overridden at the brand level. If they do not change after setting it here, please contact Aura support.
