Cashup - I cannot lock my shift due to an open shift

On occasion, an external device such as Mobile POS or the Self-Service Terminal may cause a shift to be opened before the previous day’s cashup is completed.

You may find you cannot lock shifts until all shifts are posted.

NOTE: If there are invoices on the shift, those invoice must be paid into the till, then.

Change the cashup date to today’s date.

Cash Up the till, accounting for any invoices that may have been placed on it. If there are any outstanding invoices, you will still not be able to lock your shifts.

Post and Lock the till. You may now return to Yesterday’s cashup and be able to Post and Lock the till.
