FAQ: What happens to the orders placed if I am not in range with the Wi-Fi?

With MobilePOS, it is possible to ring up orders offline. Orders will be stored on the device and once the device reconnects to the Wi-Fi the orders will sync and start printing on the kitchen printer.

The below image indicates that there is a problem syncing with the store. This could be due to the fact that you are not connected to the network.

You will notice at the top of the screen that there is no connectivity and the sync button is red.
