Customer Notice: Change in Remote Support Software

Dear Valued Cosoft Client,

As part of our ongoing improvements to security and support efficiency, we have migrated from AnyDesk to RustDesk as our official remote assistance software.

What’s Changing?

  • AnyDesk will no longer be used by Cosoft Support.

  • RustDesk is now our dedicated tool for secure remote support.

 

Do You Already Have RustDesk Installed?

RustDesk should already be installed on your store server PC. When our support team requests access, simply provide the RustDesk Connection ID and Password displayed on your screen.

 

If RustDesk Is Not Installed

Please follow these quick steps to install it:

  1. Click Start Menu on your store server PC.

  2. Search for “RustDesk” — if nothing appears, continue below.

  3. Open your internet browser and go to this link:

  4. https://github.com/rustdesk/rustdesk/releases/tag/1.4.4

  5. Download RustDesk and run the installer.

  6. Once opened, keep the app running and provide the ID and Password to the support agent.

RustDesk must stay open for support to connect.
