How to enable missing items from your 3rd party orders
Problem: 3rd party items missing
In the event that you receive an order from MR D/Uber and you find that some or all of the items are not on Invoicing, it’s likely that the items are in fact present on the menu, but are simply marked as optional.
Optional items are menu items that may be switched to be visible on the menu or not, depending on the needs of the store.
In this case, take the following steps to enable the optional items so that you can proceed to ring up the sale:

Step 1
To check if the item is an optional menu item. Open Backoffice, and click Lists > Menu > Optional Items.
Step 2
If the item appears on the right column, it is an optional item and will need to be moved to the left 'Ádded Menu Items' section. Select the item and click the [ < ] button to move it to the 'Ádded Menu Items' section on the left hand side.
Step 3
You can use Search to filter the list to items you're looking for.
Once done, close and re-open Invoicing on all computers to check that the items you’ve enabled are now showing.
Ringing up the order
After restarting invoicing, ring up the order as a Special Order and select Third Party Orders.
Now you should be able to find the necessary items and ring up the order as expected.
