How to Enable Pending Items

In order to utilize Pending Items, which is the option for items to appear on KWM/KDS displays as they are being rung up, the option needs to be enabled in Invoicing and in the KWM queue settings:


Invoicing

In invoicing, click Settings, then go to Specific Computer > Devices.

Tick Display Pending Immediately.

Click Apply and then Close.

Note that you will need to tick the setting on each till!


Kitchen Workflow Manager

Use the following link on the Server to open the Kitchen Workflow Manager device settings:

Click Queue Settings for each device you want to enable Pending Items on:

Make sure Enable Pending Items is ticked.

Click Update Settings.
